Kieran joined Capital Focused in 2023 and is currently completing his Professional Year after earning a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. He is excited to be joining the financial advice community and is committed to helping clients feel confident, informed, and in control of their financial future.

With over 15 years of experience as a special education teacher, Kieran developed a deep understanding of how to support people through patience, empathy, and clear communication. These strengths now inform his work in financial planning, where he focuses on building lasting relationships and delivering tailored strategies that create long term value.

Kieran is especially passionate about helping families improve their financial wellbeing. He believes that quality financial advice can be game changing and takes pride in supporting clients to make decisions that align with their goals and values.

Before his teaching career, Kieran worked at Blockbuster Video during university, a role he remembers fondly for the community connections and shared stories. Outside of work he is a devoted AFL fan and proud supporter of the Brisbane Lions. Fun fact: he was the last Brisbane Bears mascot before the club’s historic merger with Fitzroy.

Kieran also enjoys travel and exploring new places on foot, believing it is the best way to experience a culture. One of his most memorable travel moments was sleeping under the stars in the Sahara Desert. A lover of sunsets, he makes time to pause and take them in whenever possible, a quiet reminder of the value of perspective and reflection.
